1. Are your kits real?

Yes! All our kits are real. If you check our Instagram page you can see in the pictures the labels from brands saying things such as “authentic licensed product” and “authentic licensed football”. The kits listed on our website are fan versions and not player versions unless stated otherwise. These shirts are still real as they are the same ones listed on many clubs’ official shop. These are the shirts you would see listed for roughly $155AUD and not around the $210AUD mark on places such as club shops and big sporting retailers. If you would like a player version for a certain product please get in contact with us but be aware if we are able to assist you with this the price will be higher then the fan version listed on our website. Please see below an example from the official Manchester United club shop.

The first picture is what we sell, the fan version. The second picture is what we don’t, the player version. Both shirts are real official addidas products.

2. Why are they so cheap?

At Perth Kit Central our goal is to search the market high and low for the cheapest possible footballing merchandise so you don’t have to. We understand that the prices clubs and sport shops are putting up for their kits are far too expensive and it prevents football fans from being able to support their team by wearing their badge with passion and pride. Our website is here for the football fans of Perth to be able to buy the highest quality kits without having to break the bank or spend ages searching for cheap kits.

3. I’ve placed an order but haven’t received my kit/s.

Now their may be a few reasons for this one. Firstly, did you pay? Our website is a little different to others. To purchase your kits you have the option to complete a bank transfer aswell as entering your card details at checkout. After we see you’ve ordered a kit we check to see if you have sent the money to our account. Our BSB and Account Number can be found at the checkout. Once we have received your pay your order will be ready to be delivered. Secondly, did you order a shirt in our “pre-order” section? All kits listed in our “pre-order” section have a 3-6 week estimated time of arrival. These kits are not in store as of yet so we give our customers the opportunity to select a wider range of football merchandise. As soon as we see your order come through we get the kit you chose ordered in straight away.

4. I want to add a name + number aswell as a badge on my kit, is that possible?

Yes! This is possible for the majority of kits. To do this you have to contact us either through the contact us page or through Instagram DM's and we can get this arranged. Name + number costs $15 and a badge costs $5.

5. Where do you deliver too? How does your delivery work?

Our delivery is all done by our very own Perth Kit Central team. When we see your order come through we check which shipping option you purchased and deliver it in that time. We deliver to the majority of the Perth metropolitan area. This includes suburbs such as Yanchep, Banksia Grove, Ellenbrook, Midland, Byford, Rockingham and all suburbs in between. If you live outside these suburbs however still live in Western Australia we will deliver your kits with the post office, meaning we can’t promise the shipping option you choose will be met in time.

6. What is your refund policy?

If your purchase is returned in the same condition as you received it you’ll receive a full refund if refund is requested within 3 days of the purchase. If you request a refund between 3-14 days you’ll receive a 50% refund. After 14 days you will NOT be eligible for a refund. If your product is returned in a different condition than it was when purchased the refund will be determined on review. All kits in our pre-order section are non refundable unless their is a quality issue. To request a refund please visit the contact us section on our website or get in touch with us via Instagram DMs.
